Bluepark
ShopWired has a migration system available for you to easily migrate product data from Bluepark to ShopWired.
The migration system allows you to download an export of the data from your Bluepark account and upload the same file (without making any changes) into your ShopWired account. ShopWired will automatically recognise the Bluepark format and copy the data across.
To use the migration system, ensure that you select the Migrating from Bluepark onboarding track.

Migrating category data
Migrating category data
ShopWired does not have an automatic migration system for Bluepark category data in the same way that it has for product data.
However, the category(s) assigned to products are included in the product export, and therefore when importing your products, ShopWired will automatically create categories in your ShopWired account based on this information.
You can then either edit the categories one-by-one within your ShopWired account to add any missing information (such as images, descriptions, SEO tags, or to edit the page URLs) or use the category import/export system to edit them in bulk.
Alternatively, you can use Bluepark's category manager to export your categories and then migrate the category data into ShopWired.
Migrating product data
Migrating product data
To migrate your product data from Bluepark to ShopWired:
- Obtain an export of your product data from within your Bluepark account
- Select all available fields in the Bluepark export
- Select to export the data as a CSV file
- Follow Bluepark's help guide or contact Bluepark support for assistance
- Once you've obtained the export, navigate to Get Started > Bluepark and select the Import your products from Bluepark tab
- Upload the Bluepark product export into the import file setting and select
upload & process import
If you have a large number of products on Bluepark, the import may take some time to complete.
Migrating customer data

ShopWired does not have an automatic migration system for Bluepark customer data in the same way that it has for product data.
You can use Bluepark's customer export feature to export your customer data into a CSV file, modify the file to ShopWired's requirements, and then import it into ShopWired.
