Managing eBay listings
You can use ShopWired's eBay app to manage eBay listings. To manage eBay listings from within ShopWired, either:
- The eBay listing must have been imported into ShopWired
- The eBay listing must have been created by exporting a ShopWired product
When you edit product information for a ShopWired product, the updates are not automatically sent to eBay, except for stock updates. To send the updated product information to eBay, you'll need to use the update listings option within ShopWired.
To update products:
- Navigate to Products
- Select the
listed on eBayfilter in the table - Locate the products and select them using the checkbox option in the table
- Select
eBay > update on eBay
Expired listings
Expired listings
When a listing on eBay is approaching expiration, ShopWired will attempt to update the expiration time displayed on ShopWired.
From time to time, the connection between a ShopWired product and an eBay listing might become broken and, as a result, products on ShopWired might display as expired on eBay when the listing hasn't actually expired.
If products are incorrectly showing an eBay listing as having expired:
- Navigate to Products
- Select the
listed on eBayfilter in the table - Select the products using the checkbox option in the table
- Select
eBay > refresh eBay end times
Alternatively, select to edit the product and, in the eBay information section, select the refresh option underneath the status label.
