- Order importing when an eBay order contains linked products
You can only import , auction listings cannot be imported.

Importing listings from eBay
To import listings from eBay:
- Navigate to Apps > eBay
- Select
begin your import
- When this option is selected, the eBay app will download a list of your eBay listings
- This process may take a while to complete if you have a large number of listings, e.g. over 1,000
- Do not navigate away from the page during the import
- Once the eBay app has downloaded your eBay listings, you'll be shown a confirmation message
If you have more than 1,000 eBay listings that can be imported, you’ll be shown a notice at the top of the page.
Select the filters to filter out the display of any listings that you don’t want to import. For example, if you only want to import listings that you haven’t imported before, you can select the appropriate value from the Filter listings by import status setting.
eBay listings that can be imported into ShopWired will be displayed on the next page. For each listing, we’ll display the listing image, name, and price, and a view
option so you can view the listing on eBay. Use the tickbox in the Import
column to select which listings you want to import, or if you want to import all listings on all pages, select the import all listings from all pages
option.
Selected eBay listings will then be imported into your ShopWired account (this process will also take a while to complete if you have a large number of listings) and created as ShopWired products.
No products were found
No products were found
If no products can be found on eBay to import, a notice will be displayed on the import page saying no applicable products were found
. Try adjusting your filters to display available products for import or check your eBay account to ensure that there are applicable listings to import.
Importing products from eBay by page
Importing products from eBay by page
You can import a maximum of 1,000 listings at any one time. If you have over 1,000 listings, you’ll need to choose the pages of listings to return in the eBay app for selection. Each page of listings available for import contains 100 eBay listings.
Use the Page from and Page to options to select which page numbers you want to return for import selection (you can select exactly which listings you want to import on the next screen).
When you select values from the Page from and Page to options, you won’t necessarily see all listings on those pages if you have specified other filters from the importer that don’t match with listings on those pages.
For example, if you have selected Page from value as 1
and Page to value as 10
and also selected the never imported option for filter by import status setting, if all 1,000 listings contained on those 10 pages have already been imported then you won’t see any results.
